Mansfield fire and rescue personnel arrived and transported the man to a hospital, where he was treated by medical staff. ![]() There was no information for a patient by the victim's name at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital, according to a spokeswoman. Officers were dispatched to the area where the victim was found on the ground, screaming he had been shot. Sunday, according to a Mansfield police report.
